Join a Band

Wanna play in front of hundreds of screaming fans on the biggest stages in Hampton Roads? AoRM’s year-round performance program places drummers, guitarists, bassists, keyboardists and vocalists into full-fledged bands that rock local venues! Having taught hundreds of students an extensive catalogue of rock & metal classics over the past 18 years, this is the premier performance program for musicians in Hampton Roads.

AoRM bands consist of 6-8 students per group which can include 3-4 guitarists, 1-2 drummers, 1 bassist, 1-3 vocalists & 1 keyboardist. Bands meet once per week for a 2-hour rehearsal at a dedicated time slot and are led by well qualified, multi-instrumentalist instructors.
